Our second largest project covers approximately 155 acres of land.
And will cost approximately $40,000,000,000.00 to build.
Our third largest project covers approximately 250 acres of land.
And will cost approximately $60,000,000,000.00 to build.
Our fourth largest project covers approximately 400 acres of land.
And will cost approximately $100,000,000,000.00 to build.
Our largest project covers a section of land. That's one square mile, 640 acres for those that don't know. And will cost approximately $160,000,000,000.00 to build.
As you can see, these are not small projects. Given the mixed-use nature of these projects they have to be sizeable, to be economical. Otherwise they present no advantage over what's being built every day in the USA and the world.
Each project, large or small is still a mixed-use development/mini vertical/walkable city within itself.
You can live, work, play, and even own a small shop, all in one location.
It's the future, could be your future.
We have done this on our own and out of pocket all these years. Something we simply can't continue doing. We're asking for your support, so that we can continue the dream of seeing several of these projects built across the USA.

99 percent of every dollar you invest in one of our projects, will be secured by the assets of the project company and get you a dollar's worth of land, concrete, steel and related assets that will make up a Multi-Trillion Dollar Dream Project.
